JPMorganChase is hiring a Communications Analyst/Associate to drive internal and corporate storytelling across its high-impact India Corporate Centers. Moving past basic text drafting, this hands-on, metrics-driven role focuses on running internal publishing workflows, managing corporate collaboration channels, and designing complex employee engagement events. You will be responsible for creating content strategies for newsletters, intranets, and executive broadcasts while concurrently utilizing advanced data tools to measure audience reach, profile user engagement, and synthesize performance insights to optimize future corporate messaging frameworks.

Requirements:
- Graduate degree; a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related quantitative liberal arts/business discipline is highly preferred.
- 4–6 years of professional, hands-on experience directing internal communications, corporate marketing, brand storytelling, or operational business management tracks.
- Documented expertise writing, editing, and copy-proofing clear internal content across diverse channels—including technical intranet articles, concise newsletter blurbs, scripts, and high-visibility broadcast emails.
- Practical experience setting up, updating, and administering enterprise communication frameworks, content management tools, and layout portals like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and SharePoint.
- Proficient command using MS Excel for data profiling, alongside configuring Power BI dashboards to track engagement metrics, monitor audience reach trends, and build strategic reports for leadership.
- Experience project-managing large-scale corporate engagement activities, town halls, employee recognition programs, and multi-site functional communication initiatives.
- Prior background operating within a global multinational framework, specifically inside Global Capability Centers (GCC), Information Technology sectors, or Banking/Financial Services (BFSI) corporate systems.
- Hands-on creative execution using Canva or graphic design platforms, alongside amateur corporate photography and basic video editing skills.
- Openness and familiarity with responsibly leveraging AI productivity tools to accelerate brainstorming loops, clean messaging structures, and elevate layout formatting.
- Exceptional narrative flexibility, sharp organizational skills to coordinate multiple stakeholder assignments, a highly collaborative team mindset, and a deep commitment to content accuracy.
